Academic Degree and International Certificate

Students who successfully complete the master's degree courses, support and approve the research work will obtain:

  • Master's Degree in Construction Management, awarded by the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC).

Progressive Certification: At the end of the fourth cycle, the student will receive two additional certificates awarded by the UPC. These certificates, part of our progressive certification approach, will further strengthen your skill set and validate your progress in the program.

  • 1. Certificate in BIM Management granted by the UPC.

  • 2. Certificate in Lean Construction granted by the UPC.

Thanks to the agreement with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain, the student will be able to participate in the academic sessions given by the Spanish university and obtain (optional):

  • Diploma in Advanced Topics in Lean Construction and BIM Management, awarded by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain*

    *The mission is included in the cost of the master's degree and includes the following components: classes, accommodation, breakfast and lunches and internal transfers. It is important to note that it does not cover the costs of tickets, insurance or dinners.

Oscar Talavera

Director of the Master's Degree in Construction Management

PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. He has been Manager of Administration and Finance of Gremco Edificaciones and Manager of the Commercial Business Unit of BBVA Banco Continental. He is currently Director of the Postgraduate Engineering Academic Area at UPC.
